Record Number of Strollers at 2007's Jewzapalooza

Jewzapalooza was a huge success with perfect weather, great music, and over 50 organizations participating in the fun.

A little-known fact is that we also had a record number of strollers on the Jewazpalooza site for the Dan Zanes set, with over 250 strollers parked on the grass at one count.

Soon, we will be launching a photos section on this site and the first gallery will be the wonderful sights (like the one here) of Jewzapalooza ‘07.

A lot of fun was had by all and we can’t wait to do it again next year!

60@60 Across North America!

Downtown Arts Developmentâ€™s Michael Dorf (Oyhooâ€™s â€œD.A.D.â€?) is proud to be involved as one of the small team of producers bringing 60 shows to North America to celebrate Israelâ€™s 60th Anniversary.

This massive undertaking includes an opening night concert on May 7th at Radio City Music Hall in NYC featuring Idan Raichel, Rami Kleinstein, Matisyahu, David Broza, John Zorn and Habanot Nechama – AND an equally huge follow-up show on May 10th at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles featuring Idan Raichel, Rami Kleinstein, Acinoam Nini (Noa), Habanot Nechama, Keshet Chaim. Special guests and more artists will be announced for both shows very soon.

Neil Sedaka Tribute

An evening with the great Neil Sedaka, a musical treasure of the past and present; celebrating 50 years of hits with many of his friends. All proceeds will benefit the Elton John Aids Foundation. Appearing and performing with Neil will be greats of yesterday such as Natalie Cole and Captain & Tennille, as well as stars of today and tomorrow featuring the transcendently powerful voice of Clay Aiken.

This will be a night to remember as you bask in the glow of one of Music’s all time greats!
